hello all readers of this dead blog. Ok... so what date is it? 30th of May 2009. That means i have not been posting for ( 3oth - 7th ) = 23 days! yeah... thats... long.
So... there is lots of things i have to say.
Such as: My phone is screwed ( can't press that damn button number 3).
2nd is that i would LOVE to thank: KIMBERLY, PEISHAN, NICEA, REGINE, PAMELA, ISABEL. ect. for not turning up for my lovely SYF night. YES. you're welcome... besides, people are queueing from Batam just to see me play. But none were like you guys...
Thirdly, is that i failed math... kinda expected from a student of AMY WANG. the most HIDEOUS and LOUSEST teacher in the whole of Singapore, JB and Most definetly Batam. yeah. I got 45% for math. Laugh. now i'm considered a failure and i'm sent to tuition like every week. i word: FUCK
Fourthly, Miss Chloe Yeo, if you don't wanna be in deep shit, take that recent post off ur "blod" because if that (horny)Wayne guy like really hates you for posting that post in march and also telling him off about that issue, he can use ur blog as evidence against you that you have insulted him onlline and he can rally people to go against you, especially COLOURBLIND people and that, will kill you because you would have offended "many" people . Fithly, I'm moving house on Tuesday which is coincidentally REGINE'S BIRTHDAY and yeah. it sucks beacuse i have to pack my room and if you ever egt to see it now( which is impossible ) you would obviously not want to pack it .
I've got some really insulting and gorey pictures on my phone but because of the faint hearted, i shall not post them. Hello:D haven't been doing stuff lately... iI injured my knee and its like damn pain. Here's how it went:
One bright and sunny friday, Gregory and Team Barker was told my Mr Kenneth and Mr Lai Chen Ming to run 2 rounds of Bedok Reservior and BURN, so being the guia kias, we went to chiong and i finished the 1st lap in 20mins05seconds, then when i was starting my second round, my knee locked and my momethum carried me forward and i fell. Then Wei Siang being my very nice junior saw me from the track and ran to help me. After the ACJC coach called my TICs they said that my GEL LAYER INBETWEEN MY KNEE JOINTS HAD TORN and i was like "WTF??????" and Wei Siang had sprained his hamstring while Daniel has twisted his ankle. SO my knee's ok now coz when i went to warm down ( by the way, my knee was locked ) my knee gel layer's torn area went back to place, so its not that pain... bearable, so its ok. And guess how my knee was unlocked. ANS: Duh, Mr Lai's unfailable method, he thought i was lying and he wacked it... to i bent... like i was screaming in pain luh...
Then after training went to school. And I was like 1 hour early so the concert hall's lights were offed... and when i went in, i heard a gir's vioce and guess who was it? Nichlas Zhang that gay faggot.
I rushed home and Aunty Lisung picked me up :D
and while we picked Annabelle up, smart alek Lex had to say turn right and then we went to KJE and ended up at the other side of earth. Amazing huh... getting lost in Singapore. So we played tennis and umm... my serve is killer! haha

I know i haven't post anything relevent to my life for a long long yime as alot have happened that will take alot of my time up and i don't have time now. As most of you have known i have been working on my cross-country because I am participating for the cross-country nationals this year and I hope that i get a good placing. My speed has improved and i have earned myself 2 silvers! One is from the Akira/ Swift road relay championships, and the other is the ACSBR Annual Inter-House Champinships, in which I have gotten 2nd in both. We are also sponsored by Adidas and will get 45% off EVERY item from Adidas. So if you need anything from Adidas you can come to me for it, it'll take 1 week for it to process, so be patient and it depends on how close I am to you =).

i did 20mins of rowing... (back pain)
then 20mins of cardio (crosstrainer) at 101rpm... its like damn tiring... the ground had big big puddles :D
then 2 sets of calf, hamstring( 15kg), biceps, triceps, crunches, hamstring(different position at 120 pounds) and then backthingy and bench press...
