so today was like stupid i had swimming then after sch i did my gym training at the NEW school gym! damn cool i did 20mins of rowing... (back pain) then 20mins of cardio (crosstrainer) at 101rpm... its like damn tiring... the ground had big big puddles :D then 2 sets of calf, hamstring( 15kg), biceps, triceps, crunches, hamstring(different position at 120 pounds) and then backthingy and bench press... all of them 30 wah then 30mins of workout:D since it was raining, i ran on the treadmill 30mins of 5mins at 13.5km/h then 3mins of 17.5km/h till 4 times after that do the weights again and WE ARE SPONSORED BY ADIDAS!!! our ney shirt and pants will be ready on monday! its like $80 but we pay $40! cheap! .:. so past events... Wings x-country Championships : 60th (pathetic, i hate that, slow like shit!) Akira road realy : 2nd! ( we own! ) .:. future events 7th march - Akira(again) and Milo Triathalon(isabeland pamela going!) ... .... ..... 25th March - NATIONALS 31th oMarch - Golf nationals! .:. i gtg bb :DD
